Buttermilk Blue Affinee is made by Emmi Roth in Monroe, Wisconsin. The finest of the buttermilk blue cheese are chosen and cured for a minimum of 6 months. Creamy, and strong it has a piquant and earthy flavor. Pairs well with Port, Caber-net Sauvignon and Amarone.
