Piave cheeses offer the “peak of flavor”, using the highest quality raw materials and traditional production methods. The cheese hails from the Dolomite mountain range, on the banks of the Piave River in northern Italy. The Piave Medium variety is aged for only six months, imparting a much more mild appeal than its counterparts. Its sweet, nutty flavor is reminiscent of fresh milk and yogurt. A wonderful melting cheese, Piave Medium is great for cooking and including in both sweet and savory dishes.
