This domestic parmesan is a very good interpretation of its Italian counterpart Reggiano, but is much less expensive. Aged for 6 to 12 months, this cheese is light yellow in color, has a natural rind, and a sweet and mild flavor. Serve parmesan grated on top of your favorite Italian dishes and pair it with Brunello, Merlot or Chianti.
